Snaith & Cowick Town Council Christmas Markets
Annual Event in DecemberChristmas Market & Light Switch-on
Every year, on the first Saturday in December, Snaith & Cowick Town Council host their Annual Christmas Market and Christmas Lights Switch-on!
This is a great family event, with stalls lining both sides of Market Place and High Street, leading you into The Priory Church where more stalls can be found. A short Carol Service, accompanied by the choirs from the local Primary Schools kicks off the event and includes a loud countdown to the switch-on of the community Christmas Tree lights!
Stalls include Christmas Crafts and Gifts, Woodwork, Metalwork, Cosmetics and Baked Goods – to name a few – just to make sure there is something available for everyone!
With Children’s Rides, Santa’s Grotto, Mulled Wine and Mince Pies available in The Priory, together with other Food & Drink outlets makes this a great FREE family event to attend.
If you would like to have a stall at this event, you should contact the Town Council on 01405 862663 or via e-mail at assistantclerk@snaithandcowicktc.co.uk. Stalls for this event do get booked up very quickly so please get in touch early to avoid disappointment as it is a first-come, first-served basis.
