PUBLIC CONSULTATION FOR PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Land South of Cowick Road, Snaith by Harron Homes Ltd
Friday 16th October 2015 between 3:30pm and 7:30pm at Snaith Sports Hall
Under the Local Development Plan, the East Riding of Yorkshire Council has decided that the land south of Cowick Road is deemed suitable for housing development in Snaith.
Harron Homes Ltd are preparing plans for to build circa 100 homes on this site and as such, cordially invite residents of Snaith and Cowick to visit a Public Exhibition and Consultation on Friday 16th September 2015 between 4:30pm and 7:30pm at Snaith Sports Hall. The exhibition will display their ideas about how the site may be developed and members of the Harron Homes project team will be available to listen to your thoughts and suggestions.
Members of Snaith & Cowick Town Council will also be present during this exhibition, and you will be able to speak to a councillor between the hours of 6pm and 7pm should you wish to discuss any issues with them.
