Snaith & Cowick Town Council have noted that a good number of drivers are still continuing to ignore the One-Way system imposed on Market Place, which permits access only from Selby Road. Could we please remind all drivers and residents that showing disregard for traffic regulations is a motoring offence which carries an immediate £60 fine and 3 points on your licence.
Please be aware that we are experiencing more frequent spot checks by both Humberside Police and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s Traffic Enforcement Officer whilst the Newland Bridge works are carried out.
