March 2021 – As the lockdown has now started to ease, requests for support have declined quite rapidly therefore the group have decided to suspend the service from Friday 5th March 2021.
Should the need return, the SCRVSG group will look to restoring service as quickly as possible.

The aim of the group is to be able to provide support to local residents and members of the community who are self-isolating under government guidelines for services such as essential shopping and collecting medication. The helpline will be manned between 09:00am and 5:00pm every day, including weekends.
Shopping requests will be actioned the following day. Requests to collect medication will be actioned the same day if received before 12 Noon, otherwise they will be collected/delivered the following day.

All residents who are self-isolating are required to either register their details with the group online or over the phone. This can be done via the link below or by calling the helpline number 07835 130 103. If you have a family member, friend or neighbour that is self-isolating within the Snaith and Cowick Community you can register their details with the group via the same online form.
All volunteers who wish to assist the group must be registered with the group and this can be done by using the link provided above. Once registered you details will be placed on the groups database and you will be provided with a volunteer ID number & Volunteer Photo ID Card. There will be a rota of volunteers to assist. If you have not registered as a volunteer you will not be able to volunteer.
