** Snaith Christmas Market Facebook Scam **
Please be aware that the Town Council have just become aware of a Facebook scam on the event notice for our Christmas Market. Someone called Mary Addison has been offering stalls for £50/£70 cash. This is not the Town Council.
We are obviously concerned that some people may have used this person to believe they are booked in to our Market. Unless you have received official correspondence from us in letter form or have been in contact with council staff, you do not have a formal booking. If you have used this Mary Addison to book a stall, please report to Facebook immediately.
Snaith & Cowick Town Council cannot honour any bookings made through external links.
