PROPOSED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT – SNAITH
92 Dwellings on land to the east of The Marshes Medical Surgery, Butt Lane, Snaith

A Planning Application has been submitted to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) Planning Department regarding the proposed development above.

However, all documents currently available are provided below for download should you be interested in viewing and commenting on them. Any comments must be received by THURSDAY 17TH DECEMBER 2015.

Snaith & Cowick Town Council have been continually challenging the ERYC over this development for the last three years, trying to reduce the number of new dwellings permitted in the town and to both relay and support the concerns of local residents. A final statement expressing our concerns will be also be issued to the ERYC regarding this application.
